What a great experience from customer service rep getting back with me on scheduling appt, to keeping me posted on technician status when en route and yes, yes working with me and my work schedule. Company was recommended by TrustDale Certified Service Guide. I was seeking home electrical inspection for I have been in my home for over 15 years. I would like to thank Mr. Steve R. and Brandon K., who came out to conduct the inspection. After looking everything over I was given a quote, on a panel rejuvenation. Mr. Steve R. ensured me that I did not need a full panel replacement. Mr. Steve R. and Josh M. then came out within about a week and I would truly like to thank them both. Mr. Steve R. was thorough and answered my questions ensuring once completed, I was good for another 30 years. LOL! He is awesome!! They were professional and did a wonderful job. Even invited me out to karaoke where he performs a song or two. 😉 I do plan to go and enjoy a wonderful evening with Mr. Steve R. and friends in the Marietta area. I would truly recommend Lightning Bug for your electrical needs. Many thanks for traveling almost 32 miles in the pouring rain to the opposite side of the world in Atlanta traffic. I greatly appreciate it! What a leader and I hope he is around for many more years. However, LBE intern program is rearing up good technicians to step into field. I was very impressed with the Lightning Bug team sent to my home to check and correct any grounding issues my electrical system might have. They arrived on time, explained the steps they were going to take to check the grounding, and went right to work. Once they determined any issues, they explained what they would do to correct, provided an estimated cost, and, with my approval, went to work to complete the needed repairs. At completion, they asked if I had any questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Lightning Bug for any electrical issues you might have.

Great Work on the Hottest Day Jul 8, 2025

I had a loss of AC on the Fourth of July at a new rental home! The AC service person came, said it's not the AC, it's electrical. So I called Lightning Bug Electric. I brought the inspection report so they could fix EVERYTHING electrical that needed fixing. It took ALL day, on probably the hottest day all year: 100 degrees! And most of the work was outside in the sun! Steve brought his intern, Cameron, who is really good. One thing as a landlord I love about LBE is the internship program: nothing is worse than having your professional retire with no one to replace him, and this has happened to me too many times. And most companies don't put the time in with trainees to bring them up to the level of an experienced professional, which is what I always need. LBE really trains their interns and it shows in the work. I am thrilled they were able to address everything in the inspection report, so I can rest easy knowing the electrical system is safe and reliable now. Thanks, fellas. Great work!

I highly recommend Lightning Bug Electric. Thanks to Chris M., all of my electric problems in the kitchen have been taken care of. He did a routine check on the breaker panel in my garage and found problems due to moisture in the wall. Gave me a detailed explanation and options to fix the issue if I choose to. I decided to get everything taken care of. It's a huge relief to have this finished and also to have a great company to call in the future. The price was very fair based on the amount of work involved.
