Outstanding service! I was able to schedule an appointment seamlessly, and my technician, Griffin, was communicative, prompt, and friendly. Griffin swapped out some very old light fixtures for me and kept me informed of everything throughout the appointment. He even brought out some of my old furniture to the trash... above and beyond stuff. I highly recommend Lightning Bug, and I will definitely call them first with any future electrical service requests.

Exceptional Professionalism and Skill Feb 15, 2026

Steve R. and Chris W. spent several days in our home relocating electrical components to support a kitchen remodel involving new appliance placements and updated recessed lighting. Throughout the project, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep technical knowledge, and strong troubleshooting abilities. We also appreciated their courtesy in notifying us when they were on their way, and they consistently left the work area clean and orderly, as if it were their own home. Our cat, Mocha, took it upon himself to supervise the project and spent most of the time chasing Chris’s laser pointer like it was his full-time job. We also discovered that Steve was a contestant on Season 1 of American Idol, where he delivered a “folksy” rendition of When a Man Loves a Woman—a performance we can only imagine was both heartfelt and acoustically unforgettable. :)

Lightning Bug did great work and were wonderful at communicating! Updating to add: Steve was awesome to work with! They came to fix a light fixture that had come loose and left everything 5x better than they found it. Very competent, knowledgeable, and kind.
