I wish there was a 6th star! Lightning Bug Electric is doing business the old fashioned way...by treating you like a member of their own family. Our smoke detector began intermittent beeping while we were out of town (of course). My first and last impressions with Lightning Bug were simply amazing. First Impression: I called on a Friday at 4:30 pm eager to resolve the issue the same day. The woman answering the phone was warm and welcoming and I was never once made to feel bad for calling so late in the business day. Last Impression: our electrician Michael E. came to the rescue. He was at the house within 45 minutes of contacting the Warm and Welcoming Lady. He had the issue corrected within 10 minutes and then...get this...offered his services free of charge. What rare and wonderful humans and an amazing company. Any of our future electrical work goes straight to Lightning Bug from now on. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity today.
