Clay was our technician who came out to replace a damaged outside uplight (landscape lighting). He was so friendly, understood what I wanted in terms of light bulb color, and completed the job perfectly and quickly! He wore booties in the house and the company also puts down its own doormat to prevent dirt tracking in! That is going the extra mile! I also received 2 reminder calls.
