I had a really great experience with Lighting Bug Electric today. My technician was Clay, and he made it to my home earlier than the window I received when I made the appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and pointed out issues that were missed during the home inspection when I bought the home. Even though there was a cost associated with the upgrade, he explained the work order in a way that made me feel that I was getting value for my money. In my opinion, it is difficult to find good service providers as a homeowner. I feel like I was lucky to find someone that not only took care of the problem but also provided me with peace of mind.
