I recently had the pleasure of working with Lighting Bug Electric for an electrical project at my home, and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Cody W. and Christian J.
Cody initially came out to discuss the scope of the work, which included installing four (4) light fixtures and converting four (4) electrical outlets to USB-compatible outlets. He was thorough, professional, and efficient in providing a quote and scheduling the work. I appreciated that before he left, we had already agreed upon a date and time for the electrician to return and complete the job.
Christian J. was dispatched to handle the fixture installations and outlet conversions. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. I particularly appreciated his honesty regarding three of the light fixtures, which I had assumed were non-operational. He informed me that they were still functional, saving me the expense of installing a fourth fixture. His candor, combined with his knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism, made the experience exceptional.
