They were quick to respond, Mac was "Johnny on the spot" with an estimate that was very acceptable, so I put him to work. Mac and his partner, Ryan S., were very cordial, truly professional, listened to my concerns and needs, and got down to business. They worked hard, met every challenge (Mac found a fire hazard in my electrical panel and Ryan S. built and installed some very difficult fans). I was very pleased. I will be a repeat customer again and again, with professional electric technicians like these two guys, you can trust this company to do a great job and stand behind every bit of their work! From quote to finish - the team (Tim, Taylor, Kristian, Christian, Jamal, and Kelsey) was a pleasure to work with, highly communicative when changes arose to get our opinions, completed within budget and time without surprises, and were highly accommodating. Had gotten 3 different quotes for the same job and felt that LBE was the most reasonable to fit our needs and their service follow through was excellent. I had an old electrical panel box removed, replacing it with an upgraded new one with a surge protector. From the time Tim came to give me an estimate to within a few days, the work was done by Bryson. Tim was a joy and a professional to work with, explaining details of what needed to be done. Steve and his crew have been wonderful to work with across multiple projects. A month ago, they installed outlets for our new EV vehicles. They did an excellent job. He talked us through the entire process, explaining all of the hardware that would be needed, as well as confirming and removing items from the estimate that were ultimately not used on the project. Based on the strength of that work, we brought Steve back to install some LED wafer lighting. Again, he and his crew went above and beyond. They installed five bedrooms of lighting in a single day and did a thorough cleanup afterward. I would highly recommend Steve and his crew, and I look forward to working with them again soon.
