We recently engaged several companies to get some quotes for some long overdue work, and Lightning Bug was fantastic to work with. Bryson came out, took a look at things, and was able to explain in clear terms what he felt would be best, and why. He walked us through what to expect the 'day of' so we were well prepared, and he and Chris both did fantastic work (fixed our improperly installed ground wire, replaced our whole panel, and installed a whole home surge protection system). Heather took care of 100% of the scheduling and confirming appointments, and she was great to deal with start to finish. If you're getting several quotes to have some potential work done, I/we highly recommend you include this team.

He knows what he's doing, and gets our work done efficiently while making suggestions when necessary to make our home safer. (He's not 'upselling' us all the time; instead, he only makes suggestions for improvements that we can consider for the future.) Lightning Bug's prices are extremely reasonable, and they are dependable and anxious to provide great customer service. We won't use anyone else now that we know about Lightning Bug!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lighting Bug Electric for an electrical project at my home, and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Cody W. and Christian J. Cody initially came out to discuss the scope of the work, which included installing four (4) light fixtures and converting four (4) electrical outlets to USB-compatible outlets. He was thorough, professional, and efficient in providing a quote and scheduling the work. I appreciated that before he left, we had already agreed upon a date and time for the electrician to return and complete the job. Christian J. was dispatched to handle the fixture installations and outlet conversions. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. I particularly appreciated his honesty regarding three of the light fixtures, which I had assumed were non-operational. He informed me that they were still functional, saving me the expense of installing a fourth fixture. Lightning Bug Electric - Steve and Cameron set up two dedicated circuits and a surge protector, two outlets, and set up quite sophisticated bidet toilet seats in two of my bathrooms. Lightening Bug Electric recently did a new install for recessed lighting with LED wafers and we can’t thank them enough for the team that came in and added more light to our life. Cody, Leyton, and Hunter formed the crew that did the initial consult and install and cleanup. Installing lighting can be a bit complicated and LBE made it super simple for us. Our kitchen is brighter, modern, and smarter looking. We had one of those 90s style fluorescent lights that looked plain ugly. When we did some remodeling, we removed it and we sat in the dark for about 6 months, so it was long overdue. LBE came into our home and made sure we were comfortable. They even brought their own door mat and wore booties. They did an excellent job for a family on a budget. Give the team at LBE a shot at earning your business for your home's electrical needs.

Steve and Cameron were an amazing team working on our electrical work! We had a lot of things that needed to be done. I appreciated that they also pulled Christian and Steve (Scuba) to come work on our house the same day. Steve is a wonderful asset to the company with his years of experience and personable approach. They were all willing to stay into the evening to help make sure we were able to get our power back on. All team members were very kind and professional. I felt safe at home with my little ones with me while they worked. They were considerate of the needs of my baby during the power outage. They provided timely updates on the progress of the work, were also very detail oriented, and I appreciated that they were thoughtful in cleanliness. I appreciated that they worked hard and demonstrated pride in bringing us great work. I felt that with Lightning Bug I was able to get an excellent value! I felt that the quality of the work was very good and that the price for it was also fair. I did get several other quotes but was glad I chose Lightning Bug! I had a loss of AC on the Fourth of July at a new rental home! The AC service person came, said it's not the AC, it's electrical. So I called Lightning Bug Electric. I brought the inspection report so they could fix EVERYTHING electrical that needed fixing. It took ALL day, on probably the hottest day all year: 100 degrees! And most of the work was outside in the sun! Steve brought his intern, Cameron, who is really good. One thing as a landlord I love about LBE is the internship program: nothing is worse than having your professional retire with no one to replace him, and this has happened to me too many times. And most companies don't put the time in with trainees to bring them up to the level of an experienced professional, which is what I always need. LBE really trains their interns and it shows in the work. I am thrilled they were able to address everything in the inspection report, so I can rest easy knowing the electrical system is safe and reliable now. Thanks, fellas. Great work!
